Chella what works for me is that avatar, you're killing me with that. The add does nothing for me. I prefer my appointments to be with high end low volume providers over 21. I just know that controversy brings interest (you know, like the godaddy.com commercials. I'd like to know where you find these girls who've never been in the biz before. It is offensive to us other reputable providers/agencies here.......I try not to get involved in the drama.......but we have all worked hard to maintain civility in our biz!!

@cpi, it's not about women owned agency vs. men owned agencies. A woman can be just as much of a misogynist as a man. I think people would be just as disgusted (if not MORE SO) if a woman had posted an ad like that.
