And to follow up on Mike's question, are you limiting it to active-duty folks, or do reservists get a shot at it, too?

I'm asking purely out of curiosity, I've been honorably discharged from the Navy Reserve so long it was known as the "Naval Reserve" back when I was in.

Some unscrupulous recruiter in the LR area can get himself an unfair advantage if he's a member here.

Then again, the Congressional hearings which would be conducted after the scandal broke would be highly entertaining.
