Why the private tags?

The current mods do a fine job.

I'd like some other opinions though, from fellow members, if any feel like offering their opinions.

Is a review the proper place to have a discussion about private tags?

I'm sorry but who said anything about debating the use of private tags in a review and where and when has it been done before now? Unless something got by me completely, I don't understand what you're getting at..
