Actually we fought a Civil war over social injustice.

When you are on the receiving end of what you consider to be injustice, you have a different outlook on the remedy. Were you black and living in South Africa in the 1980's you might understand my point.

Some whites, yes. Some whites try and blame Obama for everything bad they can. Are you one of those white race baiters?

Contrary to popular belief the American Civil War wasn't exclusively fought over slavery. The civil war was fought mainly over politics, slavery was just scenery.

Young Black Men in the USA might think it is "social injustice" to arrest them for selling drugs, loitering and accousting people on the streets, sticking guns in people's faces and demanding their valuables, screwing as many young women as possible to "spread their seed", shoot randomly into crowds in the hopes of hitting someone who "bumped them", and just causing general mayhem in their communities.

Of course, who can blame them. Everyone from the President on down seems to think we should try to "understand them" and their lifestyle.

The only "awareness" I've gained from this whole protesting campaign is how much black on black crime there is as opposed to white on black or white cop on black citizen. They are bringing awareness to the forefront alright, just not the awareness they were hoping for.

This shit is ridiculous.

I saw the video of that kid in Cleveland today who was shot. Very sad. Very. But I couldn't help but think how fortunate it is for the Cleveland PD that there was a record of what really happened. Can you imagine what the postesting masses would have done with that with that story if there wasn't a video? "12yr old black kid with toy gun shot dead by white cops on a playground".... There would have been protest hysteria across the country. I think the police should be the ones pushing for constance surveillance. Might save their asses more times than not.

Obviously, you don't. From the safety of your Barnes and Noble cushioned chair it is virtually impossible.

Hopefully, you don't actually believe they are "victims" ...

...victims who are actually "correct" in their protests don't wear masks.

I never saw MLK wearing a mask.

I never heard him engaging in the "victimization" of Black people as a justification for violence, vandalism, and property burning.
