JD, did the person who did not put the correct security classification on the cover sheet, get indicted, lose his/her job or lose their authorization to handle classified information? All of the emails that the staffers sent to Hillary were labeled "nonclassified".

Using the logic of Chris Wallace it's OK to be SOS and conduct business on your personal email and not turn over the information in a timely manner as long you are not running for President? Powell broke the same rules as Hillary, but it's ok since he not running for office.

Let the Justice Dept indict Colin Powell too then....upon conclusion of this investigation to hold Ms Clinton accountable. If she is convicted then the Justice Dept. will need to work backwards through prior SOS's and investigate what was law at the time versus what security measures were taken.
Bringing charges against two AA SOS's...one an academic and accomplished scholar with impeccable values, the other a reputable, honorable and distinguished military leader and icon...that will be a treacherous and slippery slope to scale while trying to appear that pursuing it is in the interest of justice.

Did any of us think we could go around telling people what we saw because it failed to have visible classification on it? The answer is no. By virtue of all that experience she keeps touting, Hillary had no excuse.

Apparently you didn't watch the entire exchange. Especially where Wallace said what Powell did was not the same a the rules had been changed in 2004, 2008, and 2011. It would b e impossible for Powell to have broken the same rules. Psst, Munchkin your slip is showing.

Do you mean dodging "sniper fire" on the tarmacs of Europe, or attempting to enlist in the Marine Corps and being rejected because she is a female?
Do you keep forgetting her email instructing subordinates to "unclassify" documents they were going to send to her private email server at home, or were you simply being humanitarian ... and protecting Flighty from further humiliation .... ?
Now who "started" the NAS? Bush? Or Cheney?
I think around 1952 or so, Bush was about 8 or so years old. What vision!!!!

JD, I saw this part. "I don't want to talk about Colin Powell, he is not running for President") - Chris Wallace.

Nice dodge and evade JD. So the person who did not put the correct security classification on the cover sheet, did not get indicted or lose their job, or lose their authorization to see or handle classified information.
Every email that staffers sent to Hillary was labeled "NONCLASSIFIED".

Hillary left emails that were labeled "nonclassified" in the inbox on her personal email. The classification of the some emails were changed to "classified" retroactively so the "public" could not see them. She did not try to give the emails to some one who was a spy or someone who was not authorized.
Clearly it has been shown in prior posts that the practice of copying "classified" data from the server on the secure network to the server on the non secure network and then sending out emails was widespread in the State Department and throughout government. Good luck getting an indictment with that.
Rey, you take this stuff too seriously. This is a hobby website. Take it easy.
You served in the military right? Have a nice Memorial day and Thanks for serving.
