I feel like I have to weigh in about the above comment, in support I assure you.
Not long ago, there was a young lady who provided some personal services for me and my family (not the provider type of service). I had prepaid for several hours of her work, when one day she was brutally attacked and left for dead. One of the first things she did after she woke up in the hospital and got her wits about her was send me a text to let me know that she couldn't finish the contract and offering me a refund. I refused the refund, of course, and even sent her a bit more to help with her medical bills, as she was a sole proprietor. If she ever gets to the point she can work again, supposedly I'm the first person she will call.

Now ladies, if she can do that in that situation, certainly there's nothing short of something similar happening to you (God forbid), that should ever cause you to NCNS a guy. Same goes for us guys. If you can't call to cancel right away, at least, have the courtesy to do so at a convenient time and apologize, profusely. Explain what happened and express a desire to make it up to the other person.
It's the human thing to do.

Guys the girls will not see our side if you continue to use private. Put it out there if they can't handle it they should change careers.

I stay away from girls that do have some NCNS issues since I travel 2 hours to play. A NCNS means I go without.

I have been NCNS'd before but I judged her response as to whether I would try again. We all have problems but it is the response you get later in my opinion.

NCNS is something that should be inexcusable on either side, except in a similar situation to Foul Ron.
I've had an instance where my kid had an emergency and had to leave either a hotel incall or something (before I got my apartment), and the guy was already on his way there, but I let him know that I had to leave. I've also had an unexpected visit from mother nature after an appt had been set but let the guy know early enough.
Imagine if we had a RW job and didn't show up. Or if we owned a store and didn't show up to open it. We would lose valuable and possibly even long term/repeat business.
