Forget the sex-bot prostitutes, these would make some great sex-bot wives! All sex, no nag! I'm kidding, ladies. Or am I...?

Default Doing the robot

Consider a robot that will actually be officially marketed as a home assistant. We may one day create an AI that can cook, clean, do chores, possibly even run errands. This would displace wives (or husbands) more than prostitutes.
Sex would actually be a low level function of something like this. It's more likely that you would see a low functioning real doll that mimics sex and talks like Cortana. Something like that might start at $20-100k but anything beyond that would need higher level functioning to be marketable.
I don't think your price estimation is realistic. A person with $1 million to blow on a sex robot would be more likely to see providers unless the bot can do more than just have sex.

I also challenge the OP's idea that women only engage in relationships for material gain. Both men and women are programmed to survive. In the case of men this includes seeking a mate and reproducing. The fact that reproduction itself is not our goal does not diminish the drive to engage in the act of sex. Just like our taste buds drive us to seek fat, sugar, and salt, our sex drive leads us to desire what we see as a female capable of reproduction. (There are obvious exceptions but this desire is the norm.) Women also seek a mate but their criteria are different. Females of many species become vulnerable during and after pregnancy. Primitive women would have required a mate that could provide security to ensure survival of herself and her offspring. Most moment are attracted to a mate that fits their expectations of security. Some women may be attracted to a provider and will look for someone with wealth. Others may seek physical security and seek out a large man. Others still may just want stability. The idea of female independence is still relatively new when you consider human evolution.

These two topics are interconnected. An android that could displace companionship and sexual relationships is pretty complicated. It would also have to be capable of far more than just sex. And for the record, I don't think it's as far off as most people realize.

in 100 years.

what's coming out now is a rough equivalent of the horseless carriage of the late 1890's.
