Issue with inserting images

I keep trying to attach images to my ad and they are not showing. Has something been changed in the site? It worked fine until Thursday or Friday and now all you get when trying to place an image in the ad or thread is just a link that you have to click on and it has to open the image in a different tab, why is the site doing this? Why cant we just have our images show without needing a tab to open up to view images?

Here is my example of what is going on.



I need to know if anybody else is having this issue, or is it the site?

Never mind.

I had to clear my cash in my browser and cookies, now its working fine.

I figured it out but I don't understand why though.

I log out of the site and look at my ad page, I can see the pics just fine.
But if I log in, I cannot see the pics in on my ad.

Whats going on? its the site internally or something?

Browser not the issue, nor computer, I had someone check.

They seem to be able to see my pics just fine.

Is there some issue with my profile, outside my control in the realm of the Administrators or something?
Because if I log out of my profile and view the page I had posted my photos on, they show, but if I log in, the photos in the threads don't show. even when I check other providers ads their photos don't show, only links to see them show.

I don't understand why my profile is acting like this.
Its the only thing that makes sense.

Click on your control panel on the left (User CP) ....then click on "Edit Options" ....then scroll down to the "Thread Display Options" section ...from there make sure that the "Show Images" box is checked.

If it's not ...then check that box then scroll down and save changes.

I have no idea how that became unchecked, I never go into that edit options area.
I will know what to look for if that ever happens again.
