Heard he is part Native American, thought it was more important to protest with the other Indians out in the Dakotas, to help fuck up that oil pipeline!

Nope. Neil Young is part Native American. Bob Dylan is Jewish and has always shunned publicity. Saw him in concert right after he won the Nobel Prize. Not one word to the crowd during the concert. Just performed and left.
