Yea, gotta to agree. It would seem that Aiyana has stepped up, and own it.

Ultimately, communication is the key. Personally I don't even care to hear why the delay is in progress. Just a honest evaluation of when arrival is going to happen.

Then I can decide, and communicate back, whether I'm in for the ride or not
