Ok, so here are some stats.

Undressing = 8+ total calories
Massaging = 80+ calories / hr (Mia Christine is my fav)
Sex = 144+ calories / half hr (so I'm 1+ hr so I'll be burning a lot of calories)
Giving Oral Sex = 100 calories / half hour
Using your hands = 100 calories / per hour
Kissing = 238 calories / per half hour (LFK not included)
