Default Need some Advice

I am trying to decide whether i should stay in Texas or leave and go back home to where my family is at up north. I came back here to get our things and go back home but i ended staying to provide and kinda relax from a disastrous marriage.

Atleast for right now i do not have to make a definite decision since our lease is taken care of till spring, however i would like to find a machinist oriented job soon. Just not sure if i want to do it in Texas or up north. Do you guys think i have more opportunity here in the south then i do up north?

well Texas is a "right to work state" meaning that pay sucks and benefits are not the best....Better to go up north where there are unions and a more secure work future
