A ncns is a ncns who gives a shit what is said about it by the ladies or whoever. It is very helpful to those of us that do not have acess to mens lounge. Maybe it will make a second thought to the ones who pull this regularly. If a real good reason is there she can let everyone know if the ncns is in the open.
