The Christmas Fundraiser / A Maybe
Before we can start I need to know who is willing to get involved. If we do this we will be starting 6 weeks later than previous years with the planning and cutting back on the efforts..... Last year we provided for 77 kids and their families. If we do this this year we will be shooting for about 1/3rd of that because of the late start.
We will need people to man the spots we collect donations at which usually involves the lunch hour or early evening for a couple of hours.
We will need people that can meet with others that cannot make it to a donation spot to pick up what they have to donate and bring it in.
We will need people to shop for clothing and food.
We will need people to bag items purchased and label it for the specific families.
And of course We will need people to actually donate. Hopefully a few ladies their time and guys some funds.....
