Hello all. I'm new to this community and message board and wanted to ask a question.

How far back in time can you be charged with promoting prostitution? A week. A couple months, a couple years? If LE somehow knew you committed a crime in the past and had evidence to prove it, like a review or an escort who confirms that she saw you, could you possibly face charges and jail time?

Look up the Statute of Limitations in NM. That's how long.
